About us
Together we bring 11+ years of combined real estate experience. We're agents with Trophy Point Realty Group at Eighteen O'Two Realty, based at 1216 Waters Ave, Suite B, in Savannah. Most of our clients are upsizing or downsizing, and we also work with first-time buyers, military families, retirees, and investors. There are options for everyone, whatever spot you're in.

Malory is a mom who was born and raised in Effingham County, and her roots here run deep. She knows our service areas and the communities in them inside and out. As our team's lead agent, she's usually your first point of contact, and she's always there when you need her. Malory is warm, easy to talk to, and wants you to feel like you have a friend in your corner from the first call to beyond the closing table.

Bethany is a mom of two who grew up in Illinois and studied art before becoming the numbers person on the team. She's direct and a little type A, in the best way. She'll walk you through the comps and the math so you always know where you stand, and she'll be honest with you even when it isn't what you want to hear.
